** Please Note Booking Policies Carefully ** By submitting a booking request you are agreeing to the terms and policies. I. BOOKING & APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY: For the Free Consultation Session -- - Payment due upon on booking. ($0) - Payment and contact information is taken in the event of a cancellation <24 hours in advance. $35 will be charged for late shows and cancellations. - NOTE - Reschedules are available up to 12 hours in advance at no charge For Sessions & Packages -- - Payment due upon on booking. (Note: Package prices are due in full at the time of the package purchase with the first session booking, not by session) - NO refunds once Session 1 has been booked and executed. Remaining session credits may be transferred to another person if Inner Marbles is notified by email and approves. - Package credit expires 6 months from purchase date. - If you need to reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for your missed appointment or credit taken from Package. - Packages with multiple sessions (e.g. Sessions 2 and 3) are booked after Session 1 is completed. * You can reschedule or cancel (in advance of 24 hours) using the Log In option (top right of screen), to access your bookings 2. CLIENT INTAKE FORM ** Completed Client Intake and Contact Form is due 24 hours before first session via email to Reception@InnerMarbles.com 3. ONLINE SESSION REQUIREMENTS Requirements for Online Zoom sessions: · Zoom installed on your computer or mobile and are familiar with how it works. · A headset with microphone that is wired power or a cordless set that is fully charged and able to last 2-3 hours without interruption · Computer with video camera pointed at you so you can be clearly seen and heard. A phone is possible as long as you can be heard and seen clearly. · A quiet, calm, uninterrupted space where you are alone. · A sofa, bed or chair that you can completely relax on (and be seen by your computer camera)
