How It Works

Session One

We’ll connect with
their inner self

In session one, we use clinical hypnosis to relax your client and connect with their inner self: The subconscious. We’ll induce hypnosis before every session, but this session is for them to get familiar with their therapist and the sensation of hypnosis.
Session Two

We’ll get to know
why they’re stuck

In session two, we use parts work to speak to all parts of your client—conscious and subconscious. By understanding and validating the conflicting parts of them, we learn why they’re stuck—and what blocks to release to get them unstuck and excelling in their career.
Session Three

We’ll help them
release their blocks
​
In session three, we use regression therapy to release the past, resolve inner conflicts, and rewire their subconscious for success. After this session, their specific subconscious block should be resolved—but if there’s more work to do, they can always add on a single session.
