CLIENT INTAKE FORM FOR SESSIONS ** A Completed Client Intake and Contact Form is due 24 hours before first session via email to Reception@InnerMarbles.com 3. ONLINE SESSION REQUIREMENTS Requirements for Online Zoom sessions: · Zoom installed on your computer or mobile and are familiar with how it works. · A headset with microphone that is wired power or a cordless set that is fully charged and able to last 2-3 hours without interruption · Computer with video camera pointed at you so you can be clearly seen and heard. A phone is possible as long as you can be heard and seen clearly. · A quiet, calm, uninterrupted space where you are alone. · A sofa, bed or chair that you can completely relax on (and be seen by your computer camera)
